By downloading, installing, or using Wiki Battles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Wiki Battles uses content sourced from Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons. Wikipedia text content is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license, and images may have image-specific licenses. Card stats, moves, and gameplay systems are original to Wiki Battles and may be produced with internal admin tooling.

You may need to create an account to use certain features of Wiki Battles. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other user accounts, or our systems.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or game mechanics in unintended ways that give an unfair advantage.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through any feature of the app.

The current version of Wiki Battles does not offer real-money purchases. In-app purchases currently refer to spending virtual in-game currency.

Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value and are not transferable unless we explicitly allow it. We may modify, remove, or add virtual items and gameplay economy features at any time.

The Wiki Battles name, logo, branding, app design, and original game mechanics are proprietary and owned by Wiki Battles. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without permission.

Wikipedia-sourced content within the app remains under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license and is attributed accordingly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time through app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Wiki Battles is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiki Battles and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
